The Development Services Department regulates land and building development and enforces property maintenance and building-related codes to help maintain a vibrant quality of life for our residents.

Our vision is to prepare and position deserving minority and female-owned businesses to win contracts, increase branding visibility, and to expand their client base through relationship development opportunities.

Through collaboration with interested stakeholders, NAMC-Dallas Fort Worth advocates for a diverse membership to access Contracts, Resources, and Increase Readiness within the construction industry.
